Circulating Pump

The circulating pump helps propell the water throughout the Solar Water System. The circulating pump regulates the temperature sensors and takes part in the systems activation/shut down. The pump body is made out of cast iron and brass. The shaft is stainless steel and the bearings are graphite. The impeller is GF PP (Glass Fiber Polypropylene).

Operating Features:

• Standard operating modes - Either main/standby or base/peak duty
• 3-Speed Setting - Low, High and Medium speeds. These speeds can be adjusted using the rotary switch on the unit.
• Virtually maintence free- No shaft seal is required. The fluid lubricates the shaft bearings and acts as coolant to the bearings and rotor.
• Magnets stimulate an internal movement process - as the magnet on the motor spins so does the impeller.
  Because of this occurrence there is no shaft between the water portion and motor, in effect making it virtually leak resistant.
